Services provided as needed, but not limited to:
- Assisting with budget development and helping you get the most for your money
- Helping you locate and secure the perfect venues
- Visiting all event locations for on-site consultations with or without client
- Assisting in locating and securing vendors
- Contacting vendors, setting appointments and attending initial meetings*
- Providing assistance with ordering Save The Dates and invitations
- Locating and booking officiant
- Developing ceremony and reception design
- Providing updates and task tracking
- Scheduling and attending tastings*
- Coordinating and confirming all wedding details
- Providing on-site ceremony and reception walk through to coordinate final details
- Contacting all vendors personally and confirming services, arrival and delivery times, etc.
- Developing timelines for ceremony and reception
- Coordinating and directing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Coordinating and directing ceremony
- Arriving at ceremony venue at least 4 hours prior to event
- Distributing bouquets and pinning boutonnieres
- Coordinating and greeting all vendors and supervising throughout event
- Passing along any outstanding vendor payments and gratuities
- Overseeing reception coordination (per plans)
- Acting as liaison between vendors and bride/vendors and other vendors
- Providing emergency kit and on-site troubleshooting
- Wedding day contact person (up to 10 hours service)*
- Includes all services in Day of Coordination and Direction Package
* Additional appointments and meetings with vendors are provided as needed.
* Additional services not included may be added including our "Lady in Waiting" service. Additional fees apply.
