Day of Coordination

If you are a bride who has done all the planning but wants to relax and enjoy your SPECIAL DAY without the stress and worry of all the details then this package is perfect for you. Our Day of Service provides you with coordination and direction of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities. I will meet with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss and review all of the plans for your special day, review vendor contracts and services, develop a timeline and order of events for both the ceremony and reception, prepare an important contact sheet and identify the details that might otherwise go overlooked.

providing unlimited phone and email consultation

providing 2 in person meetings to discuss all details of your wedding (up to 4 hours total)

visiting ceremony and reception site for 1 on site consultation

contacting all vendors to confirm services, delivery and set up time on the day of the wedding

coordinating and confirming all wedding details

developing a comprehensive timeline and order of events for the ceremony and reception

providing timelines for vendors, appropriate family members, and members of the bridal party

coordinating/directing a rehearsal the day before the wedding (up to 2 hours)

reminding attendants of their roles

collecting items at rehearsal to be used on wedding day such as guest book, toasting flutes, cake knife, favors, place cards, final payments/gratuities, etc.

distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors the day of the wedding

arriving at the wedding at least 4 hours prior to the ceremony *

distributing bouquets and pinning corsages and boutonnieres

overseeing ceremony and reception set up per plans

acting as liaison between vendors and bride, vendors and other vendors

providing on site troubleshooting

supplying wedding day emergency kit that can be used in case of emergencies

providing coordination and direction of the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours of service from the time of arrival)
