Partial Planning

The partial planning package is ideal for the bride who has time to spend on coordinating and planning, wants to make all or most of the decisions, may not need the coordinator to accompany her to meetings with vendors, yet would like to have help in the planning and direction from beginning to the end. This package will provide budgeting, vendor recommendations, troubleshooting assistance, and advice every step of the way.

Services include, but are not limited to:

reviewing the bride's budget and offering suggestions to get the most for her money

providing unlimited phone and email consultation

assisting in locating venues

providing vendor recommendations and contact information

providing one on-site consultation at both the ceremony and reception site

assisting in ceremony and reception design

advising in contract negotiations

providing advice, updates and task tracking

acting as liaison between vendors and bride, vendors and other vendors

compiling a timeline and order of events for both the ceremony and reception

coordinating wedding day activities

PLUS all services included in the Silver Package

Services include, but are not limited to:

providing unlimited phone and email consultation

reviewing the bride's budget and offering suggestions to get the most for her money

assisting in locating venues

providing vendor recommendations and contact information

providing one on-site consultation at both the ceremony and reception site

providing two - 2 hour in-person consultations

assisting in ceremony and reception design

advising in contract negotiations

providing advice, updates and task tracking

contacting all vendors to confirm services, delivery and set up time on the day of the wedding

coordinating and confirming all wedding details

developing a comprehensive timeline and order of events for the ceremony and reception

providing timelines for vendors, appropriate family members, and members of the bridal party

coordinating/directing a rehearsal the day before the wedding (up to 2 hours)

reminding attendants of their roles

collecting items at rehearsal to be used on wedding day such as guest book, toasting flutes, cake knife, favors, place cards, final payments/gratuities, etc.

distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors the day of the wedding

arriving at the wedding at least 4 hours prior to the ceremony *

distributing bouquets, pinning corsages and boutonnieres

overseeing ceremony and reception set up per plans

acting as liaison between vendors and bride, vendors and other vendors

providing on site troubleshooting

supplying wedding day emergency kit that can be used in case of emergencies

providing coordination and direction for the ceremony and reception through the cake cutting (up to 10 hours of service from the time of arrival) *
